If the number of registrants exceeds the capacity limit, your registration may be invalidated depending on the payment date, even if payment was completed by the deadline. In such cases, a refund will be issued by the organizer.
(2) If any fraudulent activity is discovered—such as providing false information regarding age, gender, or performance records, or having someone other than the registered participant compete—the participant’s entry and results will be invalidated. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. Furthermore, the participant may be barred from competing in future events.
(3) Video footage, photographs, articles, and information such as the applicant’s name, age, address (prefecture and municipality), and times may be published in newspapers, on television, in magazines, on the internet, in pamphlets, and other media. In such cases, the rights to publication and the rights of publicity shall belong to the organizer.
(4) The starting order for the marathon will be as follows;
the starting block (Block A or later) will be determined based on the declared time provided at the time of application. Please declare a time that reflects your current running ability. Please note that even if declared times are identical, participants may be assigned to different starting blocks due to block capacity constraints. (Those who leave this field blank will be assigned to the final block.)
(5) Participants must undergo sufficient training in advance and confirm their own health status before participating. If you compete without eating breakfast on the day of the event, you may experience symptoms such as anemia or hypoglycemia during the race; therefore, you must eat breakfast before participating. (Participants with pre-existing conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, or diabetes must consult a physician in advance to obtain approval to participate in the marathon and must do so at their own risk.)

(10) If a referee determines that it is impossible to continue the race, the race may be stopped.

 However, in cases where the organizer is at fault, liability for damages shall be limited to the coverage provided by the organizer’s insurance policy.
(12) The organizer recognizes the importance of personal information and will handle it in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related laws and regulations, based on the organizer’s Personal Information Protection Policy. Personal information will be used for the following purposes: to improve services for event participants, including sending participation guides, commemorative gifts, results notifications, and related information; to provide information about future events; and to facilitate services provided by event sponsors, partners, and affiliated organizations, as well as the publication of results (such as rankings). Additionally, the organizer or its contractors may contact you to confirm details of your application.
(13) The organizer will provide valid sports injury insurance for the event day. However, since the incubation period for COVID-19 and similar infectious diseases can last several days, it is not possible to definitively determine whether an infection occurred during the event; therefore, such cases are not covered by this insurance. Furthermore, compensation for participants’ injuries or illnesses will be provided in accordance with the organizer’s disaster compensation regulations.
(14) There is no dedicated parking for the event in the vicinity of the venue; please use public transportation. Please note that the organizer assumes no responsibility for late arrivals due to public transportation delays, traffic conditions, or other similar circumstances.
