Cycle across the Rainbow Bridge, through the Tokyo Port Uminomori Tunnel, past the Uminomori Aquatics Stadium, and across the Tokyo Gate Bridge. To accommodate a wide range of participants—from advanced amateurs to cycling enthusiasts and families—we offer three courses: Long (approx. 36 km), Medium (approx. 20 km), and Short (approx. 8 km).

[Important Notes for Registration]
If you wish to register as a group, please review the following steps before registration starts.
① After logging in, go to “Register Family & Friends” on your My Page to register your group members.
② When applying, please check the boxes for all participating members.
③ For each participant, complete the registration under “Select Category” and “Application Information.”
④ Once registration for all participants is complete, click the “Confirm” button to finalize your lottery application.
⑤ This event operates on a lottery basis. Once your application ID is displayed, the process is complete.


●Please note that if duplicate applications are submitted, all applications will be invalidated.
● If you are applying for a rental bicycle, please be sure to select “1” for the “Rental Bicycle” option when entering your participant information. (Helmets are included with rental bicycles.)
Note: If you apply for a rental bicycle but select “0” for the “Rental Bicycle” option, your application will be rejected due to an incomplete submission.

● Please note that if there are a large number of applicants, selection will be made by lottery.
● Please note that your age as of November 23 will be used as the basis for eligibility.
● We have reserved priority slots for those who live, work, or attend school in Minato Ward or Koto Ward. If the representative applicant resides in one of these wards, eligibility is applicable.

Eligibility ■ Age Requirements
General Category (18 and older), High School Students, Middle School Students, Elementary School Students (3rd–6th grade)
※For each elementary school student, one parent or guardian (an adult aged 18 or older) must participate.
※If minors (under 18 years of age) wish to participate, parental consent is required.

■ Participation by Preschool-Aged Children
Only parents and preschool-aged children who are in good health and able to participate safely without overexertion may ride along—one preschool-aged child per Designated vehicle.
※Designated vehicles: Bicycles equipped with child seats (with electric assist).
※Please be sure to wear a helmet and fasten your seatbelt.

Important Notes ・This event is a recreational ride, not a race to compete for rankings or times.
・Participants should prioritize safety above all else, enjoy the ride, and cooperate to ensure the event runs smoothly.
・As there are steep hills, please train thoroughly in advance and make sure you are in good physical condition on the day of the event.
・In the event of natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, or strong winds, adverse weather conditions, or situations where danger is anticipated due to incidents, accidents, or infectious diseases, the organizer reserves the right to change the course or cancel or suspend the event itself.
・In case of severe weather, riding on the Rainbow Bridge Expressway and the Tokyo Gate Bridge may not be permitted.
・This event will be conducted using the “wave system,” in which participants are organized into groups (waves) of 100 people, with each wave riding in turn. For safety management, a ride control rider will position themselves at the front of each wave to lead the way. Overtaking the ride control rider while riding is prohibited.
・Whether during normal riding or when riding has stopped due to an emergency, stopping to take photos on the course (including public roads and expressways) is prohibited.
・Taking photos while riding with one hand is prohibited.
・Cameras are permitted only if they are securely mounted to the bicycle itself or to a helmet, and safety precautions have been taken.
・All participants must wear a helmet.
・Except in cases of intentional acts or gross negligence on the part of the organizer, participants are solely responsible for any accidents, injuries (including death), losses, or property damage resulting from their participation in the event.
Lottery Results We plan to announce the results in early September.
