1. Changes to event categories or cancellations after registration due to personal reasons are not permitted. Refunds for overpayments or duplicate payments will not be issued.
2. The organizer will determine on a case-by-case basis any event scaling down or cancellation due to earthquakes, floods, snowfall, incidents, accidents, epidemics, etc., including whether participation fees will be refunded, the amount of any refund, and notification methods.
3. I confirm I have no heart disease or other illnesses, am mindful of my health, and have trained sufficiently for this event. I participate at my own risk regarding injury, illness, accidents, loss, etc.
4. If the organizer determines during the event that I cannot continue safely, I will immediately comply with their instruction to stop competing. I will also follow all other organizer instructions related to safety management and event operations.
5. I consent to receiving first aid if injury or illness occurs during the event. I will not hold the organizers responsible for the methods or outcomes of such treatment.
6. I release the organizers from liability for any accidents, losses, or injuries occurring during the event and will not seek compensation or damages.
7. I understand that compensation for accidents or injuries during the event is limited to the coverage provided by the insurance policy held by the event organizers.
8. My family, relatives, guardian (if the participant is a minor), or team members (if entered as a representative) consent to my participation in this event.
9. I will not make false declarations regarding age, gender, etc., nor will I compete in place of another person (substitute runner). Should such actions be discovered, I will comply with the organizer's decision, including disqualification from participation or awards, and revocation of eligibility for future events. I further acknowledge that the organizer bears no responsibility whatsoever for medical assistance, refunds, or other matters concerning participants found to have made false declarations or participated as substitutes.
10. I consent to the use of my name, age, gender, records, likeness, and other personal information in event footage, photographs, articles, records, etc., for reporting, publication, or use in newspapers, television, magazines, the internet, pamphlets, etc. The rights to publish and use such materials belong to the organizer.
11. The handling of personal information of event applicants shall comply with the organizer's separately stated regulations.
12. The organizer shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for delays on the day of the event due to public transportation, road conditions, or similar circumstances.
13. In addition to the above event regulations, participants shall comply with any separate competition guidelines established by the organizer (in case of inconsistency, the event regulations shall take precedence).
