◆Eligibility to participate High school students and above, male and female, who meet the following requirements (however, minors must have parental consent) ●50mile ・Those who have completed a trail race of 100km or more, or a full marathon in under 3 hours ・Those who can run the entire course without getting lost ●50km ・Those who have completed a trail run race of 40km or more, or a full marathon in under 4.5 hours *However, to complete the entire course, you must be able to run a full marathon in under 4 hours. ・Those who can run the entire course without getting lost ●23km ・Those who can run the entire course without getting lost ◆Time limit 50mile 11 hours 15 minutes 50km 10 hours 50 minutes 23km 10 hours 00 minutes For the operation of the race, there will be gate closure times. (This will be announced on the race website at a later date) *For the 50mile, the time limit at the 50km point is 7 hours 15 minutes. Please be aware of this before entering. |

- Bib number (will be provided on the day) - Clothes suitable for running or trail running that are easy to move in - Shoes (suitable for trail running) - Winter clothing suitable for trail running - Rainwear (raincoat only) - Light (light checks will be conducted at designated points. Mobile phone lights are prohibited.) - Cold weather gear such as survival blankets and emergency equipment - Poison remover - Bear bell (to be used in limited sections) - At least 1 liter of water and food as needed (there are aid stations, but please bring water as the course has elevation changes.) - Please bring your own cup. (There are no paper cups at the aid stations.) - Personal mobile phone (Please register your contact information with the event office on the day. Contact information will be provided at a later date.) - Poles are prohibited. - First aid kit (something that can be used to administer first aid on site in the event of sprains or injuries involving bleeding) |

Depot area for 50 mile runners A depot area for 50 mile runners will be set up in front of the 2A Nemoto-Nakado aid station. It can only be used after the 50 mile runners' first lap (50km run). Only food and drinks can be deposited; please do not leave any equipment. Space is limited, so please share among the runners. Anything remaining after the race will be disposed of, so be sure to take home anything you need. Personal support is prohibited. There are no restrictions on private aid stations, but aid stations aimed at specific athletes will be considered support and may result in penalties being imposed on the athletes. Aid stations should be set up in locations that do not cause a nuisance, and should be removed promptly if there are complaints. The serving of alcoholic beverages is prohibited. |
