Terms of Application
1. No changes or cancellations can be made after an application is submitted. Entry fees will not be refunded for non-participation due to personal reasons, including health issues.

2. The event organizer will decide whether to scale down or cancel the event in cases of earthquake, storm/flood damage, heavy snow, incidents, accidents, disease outbreaks, etc. The decision on whether to issue refunds and the amount of any refund will be determined after deducting expenses incurred up to the point of cancellation.

3. Participants must be free from heart conditions or other diseases. Please pay attention to your health and ensure you have trained sufficiently before participating in the event.

4. If the organizer determines during the event that a participant is unfit to continue, the participant must immediately follow the organizer's instruction to withdraw from the race. Participants must also follow all other safety and operational instructions from the organizer.

5. In the event of injury or illness during the event, participants are deemed to have consented to receiving first-aid treatment.

6. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the organizer, compensation for accidents, loss of property, injury, or illness will be limited to the scope of the insurance policy held by the organizer.

Insurance Coverage Details:

Sympathy payments (for death, residual disability, hospitalization, and outpatient care) will be provided if a participant suffers a physical disability caused by injury or illness (including heatstroke, dehydration, etc.) during the event.

7. If a participant is a minor, they may only apply with the consent of their family, relatives, or legal guardian.

8. False declarations (e.g., of age or gender) and participation by anyone other than the registered applicant (i.e., a substitute runner) are not permitted. If discovered, the participant will face consequences determined by the organizer, which may include disqualification, revocation of awards, and a ban from future events. The organizer will not be responsible for providing aid or refunds to those who make false declarations or run as substitutes.

9. Personal information, including name, age, gender, race results, and likeness, may be reported, published, and used in media such as newspapers, television, magazines, the internet, and pamphlets in event-related videos, photos, articles, and records. The right to publish and use such information belongs to the organizer.

10. The handling of personal information of event applicants will be conducted in accordance with separate regulations established by the organizer.

11. The event will be held in accordance with these application rules, as well as the separate event regulations and cancellation policy established by the organizer. (In case of any discrepancy, the event regulations shall prevail.)
