77th KAGAWA MARUGAME INTERNATIONAL HALF MARATHON

[Important Participation Notes]
(1) Only one entry per person is allowed.
(2) Registered athletes must enter the name of their organization exactly as registered number.
(3) Rankings for each event and division will be determined by net time for the Half Marathon General Division and by gross time for all other events and divisions.
(4)The starting order will be based on the declared time (personal best or estimated time after January 1, 2021). Please do not make false declarations, as this will interfere with the safe operation of the event. Those who do not enter a time will start from the last block.
(5) Runners may be stopped when emergency vehicles pass by.
(6) In the event of injury or illness during the event, the organizers will provide first aid treatment only.
(7) The organizers will not be responsible for the method or progress of such treatment (please bring your health insurance card, etc.).
(8) Please take good care of your health, and always seek medical advice and follow the instructions of a doctor prior to the tournament. If you are not feeling well on the day of the event, or if you are at risk of contracting a contagious disease, please cancel your participation in the event.
(9) You may leave your baggage in the designated area, but we will not be responsible for any theft or loss of your baggage.
(10) Please download your own record certificate from the official website of the tournament. All participants' records will be posted on the official website after the event. Those who wish to register for the registration section will be issued an official record certificate (1,000 yen), so please apply for it at the general information desk on the day of the event.
(11) Please follow the "Shoes for competition shoes (https://www.jaaf.or.jp/pdf/about/rule/2024/TR9.pdf)" of the JAAF "Regulations for competition shoes" (maximum sole 40mm). Some competitors' shoes may be checked after the race.
(12) If you have a disability and need a runner to accompany you, please contact the Secretariat after completing the application. Please note that participants accompanied by a guide dog or in a wheelchair are not allowed to participate in the race.
(13) Please use public transportation and shuttle buses (free of charge, from JR Marugame Station and temporary parking lots to the venue and back) as much as possible.

【The following are the terms and conditions for registration and personal information (participants must agree to the following before applying).】
(1) Changes, modifications, or cancellations of registered information after application due to personal reasons are not allowed.
(2) In the event that the organizers decide to postpone, curtail or cancel the event due to reasons beyond their control (earthquake, windstorm, flood, snowfall, incidents, accidents, epidemics including infectious diseases, etc.), the organizers will determine whether and how much the entry fee will be refunded after deducting expenses incurred up to the time the decision is made.
(3) The organizers will not be held responsible for any delay in the event that a participant is unable to participate due to public transportation or road conditions on the day of the event.
(4) The organizers may cancel the event if they determine that there is a problem with the continuation of the event during the event, or for other safety management or event operation reasons.
(5) The organizers will not be held responsible for any injury, accident, loss, etc. that is not the fault of the organizers.
(6) Please obtain the consent of your relatives, guardians, or team members (in the case of a fellow entrant) before participating.
(7) In addition to the above application rules, the organizer will follow the competition precautions separately stipulated by the organizer (in case of any discrepancy, the competition precautions will take precedence).
(8) For the purpose of improving services to the participants, the organizer will use the entry information, record notices, notices of related information, notices of the next race, services provided by the sponsors, cooperating and related organizations, and record announcements (including the Japan Half Marathon Ranking). In addition, the organizer or its subcontractors may contact you to confirm the details of your application.
(9) Images, photographs, articles, and records of the race (personal information such as name, age, gender, and portrait rights) may be reported, published, or used in newspapers, television, magazines, the Internet, printed materials of the race, and other media. The right to publish and use such information belongs to the organizer.
(10) The organizers may provide personal information to public health centers and medical institutions for the purpose of preventing the spread of infectious diseases.
