■Application Information 1) Application Period From 10:00 am on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 to 5:00 pm on Friday, August 28, 2026. ↓ 2) Lottery Drawing (if capacity is exceeded) ↓ 3) Notification of Lottery results and Payment instructions ※Lottery results will be notified via email to the registration representative on Monday, September 28, 2026. ※Additional winners may be notified depending on the situation. Please check the lottery results from "Lottery/Undecided Events Application History" on My Page. (If you have registered as a group, please have the group representative provide the details to the participants.) ↓ 4) Payment The entry process is complete once the winner has made the necessary payment. ※Notification of Lottery results for winners will be sent via email to the representative only. Please make sure that you can receive e-mails from the following domain. @jtb.com/@mail.jtb.jp ※Winners (representative for group entries) are required to make a collective payment. ※In case the payment is not made by the due date, the right will be invalidated and you will not be able to participate in the event. ※Please confirm the lottery schedule on the event website or other sources. ※It may take 2-3 business days for your payment to be reflected in My Page. Entry Fee Individual: USD145 + USD5 x 2 units Group: USD150 + USD5x2units 720 <Naniwa>: USD50 + USD5 x 2 units ※An administrative fee of 11% is required on the total amount including entry fee and charity goods (a flat fee of USD5 is applied if the total amount is less than USD40). ※Only credit card payment is accepted. ※A charity donation is required at least 2 units per person (USD5 per unit). (Two charity donations are included in the enty fee.) 【Applications for Charity Donations in Excess of Two Units and Charity Goods】 If you wish to apply for charity goods, please select the option when applying for the lottery. ◆Full marathon:Persons born on or before April 1, 2008 (1) JAAF members (Registrants for the year 2026) (2) Non-JAAF members ※For both (1) and (2), participants who have difficulty running on their own may be accompanied by one escort runner.(An escort runner can change only once at a designated point on the course. Running with a guide dog or any other animal is not permitted) ※Those who can finish the race by the end time of the event. ◆720 <Naniwa> Marathon : Persons born on or before April 1, 2011. ※Those who can finish the race by the end time of the event. ※Wheelchair racers are not allowed. |

| Line-up at the Start |
Wave (time staggered) start will be implemented to reduce congestion and ensure runner safety. Line-up blocks will be determined by the organizers from the perspective of race management and safety, based on the personal best time and estimated finish time declared at the time of application, regardless of whether the runner is registered with the JAAF or not. Please be sure to adhere to your starting block, as you will be disqualified if you start ahead of your designated block (wave). ※Personal best time must be a record (gross or net time) from a recognized marathon held on or after August 1, 2024. False declarations will result in disqualification. ※Please calculate your estimated finish time carefully based on your half marathon and other records and your daily practice. ※Please note that in the case of group entry, all participants from the same group will start from the same block as the one with the slowest personal best time and estimated time declared at the time of application. ※720 <Naniwa> Marathon starts from the first block of the third wave. |

Marathon :Osaka Marathon course starting in front of the Osaka Prefectural Government Building and finishing within Osaka Castle Park (official course of the Japan Association of Athletics Federations (JAAF), World Athletics (WA), and the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS) Race Time: 7 hours (starts at 9:15, ends at 16:15) 720<Naniwa>Marathon : Course starting in front of the Osaka Prefectural Government Building and finishing in front of the Nakanoshima Children's Book Forest Race Time: 1 hour 20 minutes (starts at 9:45, ends at 11:05) |

| Competition Rules |
The race will be conducted in accordance with the latest rules and regulations of the WA, the JAAF, and this event. Since the Osaka Marathon is a Label Road Race certified by the WA, the WA Road Race Label Regulations also apply. Doping control tests will be conducted in accordance with the WA Rules. |
| Doping Control / TUE Application |
<Doping Control > Doping tests will be conducted in accordance with the WA Anti-Doping Regulations or the Japan Anti-Doping Regulations. For doping control tests carried out before or after the race, a sample of Urine or blood (or both) will be collected. People nominated should take the test as instructed. <TUE Application> Athletes who must use prohibited substances or methods listed in the International Standard for Prohibited Substances and Methods for therapeutic purposes should apply for a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE).
