Message from the Organizer

Lake Biwa is Japan's largest lake and the water reservoir for the Keihanshin area.
The water for Lake Biwa is nurtured by the lush forests of Shiga Prefecture.
119 rivers flow into Lake Biwa from the surrounding forests, and only one river flows out of Lake Biwa.
It is truly a lake nurtured by the forest.
The Kutsuki area of Takashima City is located on the west side of the lake.
The water-filled forests on the west side of Lake Biwa welcome us with a fantastical atmosphere, so much so that
Tsuyoshi Kaburaki felt like he might encounter fairies.
