■ Age Requirements General Category (18 and older), High School Students, Middle School Students ※If minors (under 18 years of age) wish to participate, parental consent is required. ■ Participation by Preschool-Aged Children Only parents and preschool-aged children who are in good health and able to participate safely without overexertion may ride along—one preschool-aged child per Designated vehicle. ※Designated vehicles: Bicycles equipped with child seats (with electric assist). ※Please be sure to wear a helmet and fasten your seatbelt. |

| Important Notes |
・This event is a recreational ride, not a race to compete for rankings or times. ・Participants should prioritize safety above all else, enjoy the ride, and cooperate to ensure the event runs smoothly. ・As there are steep hills, please train thoroughly in advance and make sure you are in good physical condition on the day of the event. ・In the event of natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, or strong winds, adverse weather conditions, or situations where danger is anticipated due to incidents, accidents, or infectious diseases, the organizer reserves the right to change the course or cancel or suspend the event itself. ・In case of severe weather, riding on the Rainbow Bridge Expressway and the Tokyo Gate Bridge may not be permitted. ・This event will be conducted using the “wave system,” in which participants are organized into groups (waves) of 100 people, with each wave riding in turn. For safety management, a ride control rider will position themselves at the front of each wave to lead the way. Overtaking the ride control rider while riding is prohibited. ・Whether during normal riding or when riding has stopped due to an emergency, stopping to take photos on the course (including public roads and expressways) is prohibited. ・Taking photos while riding with one hand is prohibited. ・Cameras are permitted only if they are securely mounted to the bicycle itself or to a helmet, and safety precautions have been taken. ・All participants must wear a helmet. ・Except in cases of intentional acts or gross negligence on the part of the organizer, participants are solely responsible for any accidents, injuries (including death), losses, or property damage resulting from their participation in the event. |
