■Application Terms
1. Minors must obtain consent from their guardians to apply for participation.
2. If you apply simultaneously through the Japanese entry site and JTB Sports Station, you will be disqualified. Additionally, false declarations regarding your name, age, gender, address, records, etc., will also lead to disqualification.
3. We cannot respond to inquiries regarding the application status.
4. The organizer is not responsible for any inability to apply due to the device, OS, or browser being used, or for delays in application caused by internet equipment or line issues.
5. Changes to events, registration details, corrections, or cancellations due to personal reasons after the application process cannot be made. Moreover, regardless of the reason, there will be no refunds for participation fees or handling charges in cases of erroneous payments or non-participation.
6. If there are issues with the registered email address leading to non-delivery or undelivered emails, we will not re-confirm. Additionally, due to email reception settings or security software settings, emails may not be received or may be classified as spam, but the organizer is not responsible for any disadvantages that may arise from this.
7. Participation by someone other than the applicant (proxy running) is not allowed. If proxy running is discovered, participation will be canceled, and no refunds for participation fees or handling charges will be issued. Furthermore, both the applicant and the runner will not be accepted for future applications to this event. In the event that a proxy runs, insurance may not apply even in cases of injury or illness.
8. In cases of cancellation or reduction of the event due to earthquakes, floods, severe weather, heavy snowfall, incidents, accidents, epidemics, terrorism, bomb threats, or other reasons not attributable to the organizer, there will be no refunds for participation fees, handling charges, or runner application fees.
9. The organizer is not responsible for tardiness due to public transportation or road conditions on check-in days or the day of the competition.
10. Clothing or costumes that obscure the face or athlete bib, pose danger to others, or are deemed bothersome or uncomfortable are prohibited.
11. Displaying logos and trademarks that indicate company names or product names for advertising purposes is not permitted at the event venue (including on the course).
12. In the case of an epidemic, loss, or incidents during the competition, only first aid will be provided, and no further treatment or responsibility will be assumed. Compensation for accidents or injuries during the event will be handled according to the guidelines of the insurance that the organizers have enrolled in.
13. Personal information of participants such as name, age, gender, address (country name, prefecture name, or city/town name), records, portraits, and voices may be reported, published, or used in the media regardless of its type, including television, newspapers, magazines, the internet, brochures, and others. The rights to publish and use this information belong to the organizers.
14. There may be commissioned sales of photographs or similar items authorized by the organizers.
15. For other matters related to the event, please follow the instructions of the organizers. In the event of any misconduct or issues, participants will be disqualified, and any participation fees or charges will not be refunded. Additionally, applications for future events will not be accepted.
