① Give priority to participants who need medical attention and the ambulances that will take them, so be careful not to interfere with the race. ② For illnesses or other accidents during the competition, first aid will be provided within the scope of the insurance that the organizer has purchased, but no other responsibility is taken. Participants should manage their health at their own responsibility and get a medical check-up in advance. If it becomes difficult to run due to poor health or injury, contact the nearest staff member or marshal (fire department personnel or volunteers) and follow their instructions. ③ Ambulances will only take those who need medical attention; runners who retire from the race will not be taken. ④ At intersections where traffic jams are expected, cars may be given temporary priority. ⑤ If you do not follow the staff’s instructions, you may not be allowed to participate in the event. ⑥ Checkpoint limits: To ensure smooth general traffic and the safety of participants, the closing times for the race-ending checkpoints (5 locations) and the 5 km measurement points (8 locations) will be displayed. Runners who arrive after the closing time will be disqualified. Also, runners who are expected to miss the next checkpoint’s closing time after passing the current one may be ordered to stop the race midway. Runners who have passed the checkpoint closing time or are ordered to stop must remove their athlete bibs, wait at the nearest bus stop, and board the shuttle bus for removing participants from the race. * If bad weather, incidents, or accidents occur, the event may be paused or canceled. In that case, entry fees will not be refunded (in accordance with the race agreement). |
