Awards will be presented based on gross time, with certificates and prizes given to winners.

- Participation and Completion Awards
Participants will receive a commemorative Competition Uniform, and finishers will receive a Tamba-yaki completion medal.

・If the event is canceled due to reasons beyond the organizer’s control (such as weather warnings, earthquakes, wind and flood damage, snowfall, incidents, accidents, epidemics, elections, etc.), no refunds will be issued for entry fees or handling fees. Entry fees will not be refunded even in the event of withdrawal or failure to complete the race.

・Duplicate registrations by the same person are not permitted. Furthermore, false declarations regarding name, age, gender, nationality, place of residence, JAAF registration information, personal records, etc., are not permitted. If such conduct is discovered, the participant will be disqualified, and the organizer will provide no compensation or refunds.

・The organizer may administer first aid for injuries or illnesses sustained during the event; however, the organizer assumes no liability whatsoever for the results thereof, except in cases where the organizer is found to have acted with intent or gross negligence. Participants must take adequate measures to manage their health in advance and participate in the event at their own risk. During the event, if the organizer determines that an emergency exists, they may arrange for transportation to a medical facility. In such cases, the costs associated with transportation and all medical expenses shall be borne by the participant.

・The organizer assumes no responsibility for late arrivals due to circumstances related to public transportation, roads, parking lots, etc., unless such circumstances are attributable to the organizer. The organizer will not compensate for any damages resulting therefrom, such as being unable to participate in the race.

・ Participants will not be permitted to run if they are not wearing their athlete bibs or timing chips.

・Receipts for participation fees and other charges cannot be reissued. If you wish to have a receipt issued in the name of your company or other entity, you must select the convenience store payment option and promptly contact the event secretariat.

・A baggage check area will be set up on the day of the event. Items accepted for storage must fit within the designated baggage check bag; items larger than the specified size or those not placed in the designated bag cannot be accepted.

・The organizer reserves the right to use personal information—including videos, photographs, articles, records, and participants’ names, ages, addresses (country, prefecture, city/town/village), affiliations, finishing times, and likenesses—in television, newspapers, magazines, the Internet, pamphlets, and other media for the purposes of event management and publicity. Participants are deemed to have consented to this.

・Except as approved by the organizer, participants are prohibited from wearing or displaying any advertising materials—such as designs or trademarks representing company names or product names—at the event venue (including on the course). Additionally, attire that violates public order and morals or is deemed inappropriate for a sporting event will not be permitted.

・During the event, participants may be required to stop running to give way to emergency vehicles or other vehicles.

・As the event parking lot has limited capacity, we strongly recommend that you use public transportation or the marathon shuttle buses provided by designated service providers.

・Photography service providers authorized by the organizer (hereinafter referred to as “official photography service providers”) may sell photographs and videos taken along the course, at the finish line, and other locations. Accordingly, photographs and videos taken at these locations may be sold. In connection with this, information such as participants’ names, athlete bib numbers, and times may be provided to the photography service providers to the extent necessary for photography and data sales.

・Sign language interpreters will be stationed at the venue on the day of the event.

・In addition to the above, participants must follow the organizer’s instructions regarding all matters related to the event.
