Refund notice for the cancellation of Kanazawa Marathon 2020

Dear Applicants,

Regarding the "Kanazawa Marathon 2020" scheduled to be held on October 25 2020(Sunday) , because the situation of the end of the new coronavirus (COVID-19) cannot be foreseen, we decided to cancel the event because we judge that it is difficult to secure the safety and security of people involved in the Kanazawa Marathon, such as volunteers and local residents who support us along the way.

As a result, all applicants who apply via JTB Sports Station will receive a full refund of the participation fee.
※Please note that the Internet settlement representation fee paid at the time of application cannot be refunded.
As soon as the preparation is complete, we will refund by negative payment through the card company that you paid with.
On the system, the full amount will be refunded once, and only the settlement fee will be re-settled on the statement.
Please note that the refund will be based on the payment policy of the credit card company, we are supposed to apply for the refund by end of June, and the refund procedure will be completed normally about two months after. Please confirm the invoice statement for the refund later.
