STEP1: Confirm the user policy

Article 1: Members
1.Members are those persons who, having consented to this Agreement and to the Site-Wide Terms of Use, complete the membership registration process on JTB Sports Station (hereinafter, “Site”), operated by JTB Corporation (hereinafter, “Company”) and are subsequently authorized as members by the Company.
2.Use of member services (hereinafter, “Service”) on the site is limited to registered members.
Article 2: Member registration
1.Persons wishing to register as members shall consent to the terms of this Agreement and to the Site-Wide Terms of Use and complete the registration process online. Registration is considered complete when a notification of completed membership registration appears on the Site.
2.Information required for membership (name, age, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address, and all other details the Company deems necessary) must be completed accurately online.
3.In the event of a falsified application, incorrectly inputted information, omitted information, violation of terms and agreements, or any other reason for which the Company deems registration unsuitable, the Company may cancel a user’s membership registration.
Article 3: Member Responsibilities
1.By making use of the Service, members acknowledge their consent to these Terms and to the Site-Wide Terms of Use.
2.In the event of a change to a member’s previously registered information, the member shall promptly notify the Company of that change by means the Company designates.
3.The IDs and passwords provided by the Company are only valid for use by the person who registered the account in question. Members are responsible for using, managing, and storing IDs and passwords in a way that complies with the above.
Article 4: Withdrawing Membership
1.Withdrawal procedure is taken based on registration agreement.
Log in "My Page" and proceed with neccesary steps.
Please note that once the withdrawal is completed, all members in your account are deleted and any information will not be recoverd.
2.Any outstanding terms or agreements, including but not limited to for enrollment in sporting events or for services provided by travel agencies, entered into by way of the Service remain in effect even after membership has been withdrawn.
3.Members shall not provide third parties with IDs and passwords provided by the Company to that member. Any damages resulting from unauthorized use of IDs and passwords because of improper management or storage on the part of the member are the sole responsibility of that member. If the Company sustains any damages for the above, the member in question is held liable for all damages, and the Company reserves the right to seek indemnification from the member for an amount equivalent to the damages sustained (including legal fees).

Article 6: Notifications from the Company
1.As needed, the Company will notify members by way of e-mail, the message board (BBS) on the Site, or any other methods the Company deems adequate.
2.The aforementioned notification shall be considered valid from, if the Company makes the notification by way of the message board (BBS) on the site, the time the posting appears and, if by way of e-mail, from the time the e-mail was sent.
Article 7: Notifying the Company
1.Correspondence from members to the Company can be sent by way of the e-mail addresses, web forms, telephone numbers, or specialized forms the Company designates.
2.The Company replies to inquiries received from members within a few days of their receipt. Inquiries received during non-working days will be checked beginning the next working day and beyond.
Article 8: Effectivity
1.This Agreement is effective October 26, 2010, Japan Standard Time.

JTB Corp. which has its registered offices at 2-3-11 Higashi-Shinagawa, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, Japan (the “JTB”) offers travel and destination management services and other related services worldwide. This Privacy Notice is issued to you, Data Subject, to inform you of our collection, access, use and otherwise process your personal data in connection with JTB Sports Station services (the “Services”).

In addition, your personal data may be converted into statistical or aggregated data which cannot be used to identify you and then used to produce statistical research and reports. This aggregated data may be shared and used in the ways described above.

JTB processes your personal data in its interest as well as your interest, so JTB provides and you receive the travel related services that you have requested and other related services specified in the above.

3. Retention periods
We keep your personal data as long as there is a statutory or legal requirement to do so or in order to provide the aforementioned services to you. For accounting or auditing purposes we may retain your personal data for a period of time after our direct business dealings have ended.

4. Data storage and transfer
Furthermore, we may share your personal data with JTB group companies as well as with other companies which may be located within or outside the EEA in connection with the Services and other services indicated above, for example: organizers of events, airlines, hotels, accommodations, transportations, restaurants, tour operators, travel agencies, other service providers (including service providers for JTB). Where a company is located outside the EEA, we will arrange adequate safeguards such as Binding Corporate Rules or Standard Contact Clause arrangement or transfer your personal data based on appropriate legal basis.
Your personal data which is transferred or shared by JTB to or with an organizer of an event and held by such organizer is processed by such organizer independently and is subject to the terms and conditions for the services, privacy policy and other applicable terms and conditions of such organizer, and such organizer shall be responsible for such process and management of such your personal data.
JTB’s privacy policy, privacy notices (including this privacy notice) and other regulations are not applied to such your personal data which is transferred or shared by JTB to or with an organizer of an event and held by such organizer, and JTB is not responsible for the process and management of such your personal data.

5. Prior consent
Where we require access to your Personal Data that GDPR considers Sensitive, we will seek separate explicit consent from you prior to obtaining that data.

6. Your rights
