People who come from overseas will be able to pick up the race kits at information desk in the venue on the day before and the race day.

*Change of sizes are not acceptable for any reason after the application.

*The first 2,000 applicants, who will have finished the remittance of their payment, will be eligible for it.

Event agreement

・All applicants are requested to carefully read and understand the terms and conditions and apply at their own risk.
・This event will be held as per the rules of the Japan Association of Athletics Federation.
・It is neither a course nor an event accredited by Japan Association of Athletics Federation.
・The event is supposed to be temporarily interrupted, scaled down or cancelled in case the security of the course is not assured due to stormy weather, heavy rain, snow or other circumstances.
・Irrespective of the reason, the event organizer will not refund entry fee and any other fee related to participation.

-In case of cancellation of the event due to reasons not responsible for the event organizer such as earthquake, storm/flood, snow, incident, disease, heat or any other reasons
・Runners are supposed to join the race at their own risks regarding disease, accidents, any loss and so on.
・In case you do not feel better, avoid to keep the race and retire. Even during the race, keep it in mind to retire when you have anything unusual in your health. The event organizer will conduct first-aid treatment in the event of an accident during the race; however, it will not take any further responsibilities.
・The application by runner’s family, relatives guardian(if underage) or representative is regarded as the application of him/her with consent to join the event.
・The event covers the marathon insurance, however, the insurance may not cover a runner against the event rules or regarded as taking a part in the event in false manners.
・Entry fee includes the marathon insurance fee. In case of death/injury/accident during the event, victims may be paid. Please contact marathon office secretariat after the event.
・Make sure to keep your own garbage with you. At a water aid station, distinguish each kind of garbage and dispose into a designated trash box.
・All area and courses in the event is no-smoking.
・Any political or religious claim or actions in purpose of advertisement is prohibited.
・Any inconveniences (camping, un-authorized parking etc.) to the local residents or facilities around the course are prohibited.
・Please refrain from using a portable music player in running as it will be difficult to hear the sound around and quite dangerous in emergency.
・Excretion outside is prohibited. Make sure to use a lavatory prepared by the event organizer.
・As a general rule, applicants will have to run on the left side during the event. All applicants are requested to follow the Road Traffic Laws while running. However, if there are any instructions from course director then please follow the instructions as directed.
・False declaration of records, such as age and gender, or entry by a person other than the applicant (substitute running) will not be tolerated. If such a case is detected, applicants may not be allowed to participate in our future events.
・All applicants are asked to take enough training and seek medical advice of their physical condition before participating in the Event. Applicants are requested to try to be in best physical conditions possible.
・Those who need an escort runner can receive a bib number up to 2 people. Please note that it will be regarded as retirement when one of those runners becomes unable to keep running.
・Supporters are not allowed to ride on a bike or a car on the course.
・For matters not covered above, please follow the instructions from the marathon office staff. Failure to follow any instructions provided may result in disqualification.
