Eligibility
(1) Entrants is 18 years of age and older on the event day.
(2) Entrants can complete the race within 5 hours 45 minutes.

Ehime prefectual office (Start) – Hojo cultural forest park - turn around - Matsuyama Shiroyama park (Finish)
Marathon Regulations
Ehime Marathon will be held in accordance with the provisions of this marathon and the 2019 JAAF competition rules.

※1 Runners who cannot pass the checkpoint on time will be put on a bus due to traffic/security/operational reasons.
※2 If runners are emarkably delayed on the couse including 2.5km, 3.9km, 25.2km, they must stop the race even they were able to pass the checkpoint.

We only accept luggage that fits in the “baggage storage plastick bag” (55cm x 74cm) you will receive upon reception. The host will not take any responsibility for loss/theft of valuables. Please manage your valuables accordingly.

Privacy/Publication rights
1) Personal information on registration forms will be used on the marathon website, program, survey interviews from Nankai Hoso/Ehime Newspaper, shows and programs of various media, news/newspapers, and for operational uses. Furthermore, information related to program items (name, age, prefecture, affiliation) may be used and released in our records, so please agree to these terms when registering.
2) The posting rights of videos/photos/articles/records to TV/radio/newspapers/Internet are reserved by the host.
3) Ehime Marathon will provide personal information (official recoed, name, sex, date of birth and contact phone number) for Tokyo Marathon Foundation as agreement with 'RUN as ONE - Tokyo Marathon'.
4) Some companies which the event organizer permit may sell photos.

Application Rules
1. Where earthquakes, flooding, snow, an accident, an incident or pandemic etc, or any reasons not imputable to the race organizer and the organizer decides to suspend the race, entry fees and service charge are not returned. And the organizer will not be resonsibirity for delayed public transportation and traffic accident the event day.

2. The oeganizer will not accept applications that entrants violate morals and manners, disturbed operation. Also they may cancel entrant's eligibility of perticipate.

3. Please train and get health check-ups before the race on your responsibility.

4. Please follow instructions given by the host and police officers on the course.

5. The organizer may interrupt the race for emergancy vehicle traffic and give priority to emergancy vehicle traffic.

6. If the organizer decides that other runners are annoyed(improper of costumes, geta, flags, etc.) at the event area, they will expropriate the object. If there is a problem such as not following the organizer's instruction and teaching, the organizer will not accept future applications for this event.

7. Participants agree to be administered first aid in case of an injury or sickness during the competition. The organizer will not be held responsible for any problem that may arise from the procedure or process of this first aid.

8. The entry fee is included marathon insurance.

Event agreement

1. The organizer will confirm your identity verification as your identification when you check-in due to prevent accidents by running for somebody. If confirmed, the staff attach wristband your airm, so please keep it until the end of the event.

2. The oeganizer will not accept applications that entrants violate morals and manners, disturbed operation. Also they may cancel entrant's eligibility of perticipate.

3. No event changes or cancellations due to personal circumstances are possible after your application is received. Accidental overpayments or double payments cannot be refunded.

4. Where earthquakes, flooding, snow, an accident, an incident or pandemic etc, or any reasons not imputable to the race organizer and the organizer decides to suspend the race, entry fees and service charge are not returned. And the organizer will not be resonsibirity for delayed public transportation and traffic accident the event day.

5. Please train and get health check-ups before the race on your responsibility.

6. If it is judged by the organizer that entrants impair the continuation of the event during the marathon, please immediately follow the organizer’s instructions to drop out of the race. Please also follow any other instructions given by the organizer with regards to safety management or operation of the marathon.

7. Participants agree to be administered first aid in case of an injury or sickness during the competition. The organizer will not be held responsible for any problem that may arise from the procedure or process of this first aid.

8. Please note that compensation payable for accidents, injuries and sicknesses during the competition cannot exceed the limit of the insurance that our office has.

9. Entrants must obtain the permission of their parents or guardians before applying.

10.The provision of false information (name, age, gender, address, record etc.), or participation in the marathon by a different person to the registered entrant, is not permitted. Any applications found to contain false or misleading information after submission will be canceled and no refunds will be made.

11.Entrants are deemed to acknowledge that the organizers may report, publish and use during the event personal information such as videos, photos, articles, records, applicants’ names, ages, addresses (name of country, name of prefecture or equivalent administrative unit, or name of city, ward, town, or village) and images in such media as television, newspapers, magazines, the Internet, pamphlets, etc.

12. Please note that images, pictures, articles, records (including personal information such as name, sex, record and profiles) may be publicized and used on newspapers, TV, magazines, the Internet and brochures. Publication rights to these materials belong to the organizer.

13. Multiple applications form one person are not allowed.

14. The handling of marathon applicants’ personal information will conform to the organizer’s agreement, which is recorded separately.

15. The competition will be bound by the application regulations above, and the competition’s terms which are documented separately.
(The competition’s terms will have the priority if there is any contradiction.)
