Depending on the declaration time of Non-JAAF runners, the blocks will be divided 2 more blocks than before.

Only for runners who complete Full marathon within the time limit.

It can be received by showing Number card.

The Finisher's Certificate will be issued on the event day!
“WEB record certificate” included your split time and graph for each 5km will be provided, you can download it from official HP around a week later.

Shuttle bus is available from JR Sapporo station and Shinchitose Airport to the event venue.(Paid service)
It takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes to the event venue.
※Shuttle Bus fee: 2,200 JPY/One way,(1,100 JPY/One way/Elementary school students)

※It is not allowed to participate with using baby carriage and so on.

Competition rules
In accordance with the 2019 JAAF rules and racing precautions for this event.
Race method
◆Full Marathon(42.195km)
◎It will be assigned number cards in order of application record by gender of JAAF-registered runners and general runners.
◎Alignment of the start block of JAAF-registered runners (men and women) will be A · B block in order of number cards.
Alignment of the start block of general runners (men and women) will be C・D・E・F・G block in order of each application record.
◎All runners Should make line by meeting time and start.
【Note】If you would be late to meeting time,it should be starting from the last line of G block.
◎After the each Cut off time (Check point closing time) below, the traffic regulation will be canceled.So that the runners who would not be able to pass the checkpoint by time limit can not continue the race.

◎After passing each checkpoint, runners predicted to exceed the next checkpoint time will be instructed by staff to discontinue the race.
◎Runners who exceed the checkpoint time or are instructed to discontinue the race should remove their runner’s chip, leave the course and board the pick-up bus at the pick-up location or the end of the race.
◎Runners might be temporarily stopped due to traffic conditions or an emergency vehicle passing by.
・Awards will be presented to male and female participants who finish in 1st through 10th place in the marathon overall.
・Awards will be presented to the male and female participants who finish in 1st through 3rd place in the marathon by age range.
・Awards will be presented to the male and female participants who finish in 1st through 6th place in all of the 10 km, 5 km and 2 km groups.

※The JAAF registered runners award ceremony is not held.
Race completion prize
◎For all Finishers, The Finisher's Certificate will be issued on the race day.
◎Finisher's Medal will be awarded.(To Completed runners of Full marathon only.)
Participation prize
◎Original T-shirt and Complimentary hot springs spa ticket will be awarded to all participants.
◎Please pick them up showing your Number card(Printed the T shirts size) at the following date and place.

Recording times
◎Gross time will be the official record time(time from signal gun to finish).
◎The records of all Finish runners suppose to be post on the Doshin Sports News Paper on May 27, 2019.
◎WEB Certificate will be available on the official website after the race finish.
◎A pre-event will be held for those who wish to participate on the day before the event. (Participation fee: 1,500 yen).
◎We will close as soon as the capacity reaches 300 people.(Advance application only)
◎If of an emergency during the marathon, follow the directions of the event staff.
◎First-aid stations will be prepared. These will comprise a First-aid Base (finish point), No. 1 First-aid Station (14.5 km point), No. 2 First-aid Station (23 km point), a No. 3 First-aid Station (30 km point) and a No. 4 First-aid Station (37.5 km).
◎There will be eight rehydration sites and six sponge tables provided. Food aid stations will also be setup at the 15 km and 30 km points.
◎No special drinks will be accepted during the marathon.
◎Official Certificate will be issued until 2:30p.m. for JAAF-registerd runners who requires on the race day . (issue Fee: 100 yen, only on the day)
◎There is limited parking available on the day of the marathon. Please carpool or use public transportation.

Event agreement

Participants may apply after consenting to the following application agreement.
1.No event changes or cancellations due to personal circumstances are possible after your application is received. Accidental overpayments or double payments cannot be refunded.
2.If the event is shortened or canceled due to an earthquake, wind and flood damage, snow, an accident, an incident or pandemic etc., the organizer will judge and determine whether and how much of participation fees will be returned, and what method will be used for such notification.
3.I do not have any cardiac diseases or other illnesses. I will engage in sufficient training while taking care of my health when preparing for the marathon. I will participate in the marathon while taking responsibility for any injuries, sickness, accidents or losses etc. that occur.
4.If it is judged by the organizer that I will impair the continuation of the event during the marathon, I will immediately follow the organizer’s instructions to drop out of the race. I will also follow any other instructions given by the organizer with regards to safety management or operation of the marathon.
5.If I suffer an injury or get sick during the marathon, I will not object to receiving first-aid treatment. The organizer will not have any responsibility over the methods or course over which such treatment is administered.
6.I absolve the organizer of any responsibility regarding accidents, loss, injuries or sickness during the marathon and will not request any damages.
7.I understand that compensation for accidents, injuries or sickness that occurs during the marathon is covered by the marathon’s insurance.
8.My family/relatives, guardians (if underage) and/or team members (for representative entries) have consented to my participation in this marathon.
9.I will not falsely report my age, sex etc. and nobody other than the person who applied themselves (proxy running) is allowed. If any of these are found to have occurred, my participation/award will be cancelled and I will adhere to the decision of the organizer such as not being qualified to participate in the next event. I also understand that the organizer will not hold any responsibility over aiding or returning fees to participants who make a false report or proxy runners.
10.I consent to footage, photographs, articles, records etc. (including personal information such as name, age, sex, record, portrait etc.) from the marathon being reported on or listed in newspapers, television, magazines, the Internet or pamphlets etc. I also understand that in this case, the recording/usage rights belong to the organizer.
11The handling of marathon applicants’ personal information will conform to the organizer’s agreement, which is recorded separately.
12.Race organizers are not responsible for lateness due to delays of public transportation or traffic conditions.
13.In addition to the above application agreement, the organizer must also follow the separately determined marathon agreement (in case of any discrepancies, the marathon agreement takes precedence).

[Handling of personal information]

The organizer is aware of the importance of personal information and will conform to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related laws as well as the organizer’s personal information protection policy when handling personal information. In the aim of improving services for marathon participants, information will be used in providing participation guidance, notifying records, notifying related information, providing guidance on the next marathon, providing services from sponsors and organizations collaborating and related to the marathon, and for announcing records (rankings etc.).
Participants may be contacted by the organizer or a subcontractor to confirm application details.
