Reporting an inappropriate time is dangerous, as it can lead to problems such as coming into contact with other runners and falling.
(e.g.) Block A: 1 km in 3 min 00s to 3 min 59 s, Block B: 1 km in 4 min 00s to 4 min 59s, Block C: 1 km in 5 min 00s to 5 min 30s (these are reference values and actual block divisions will depend on the number of participants and predicted time status).

(2) Lining up at each block will be (1) runners registered with JAAF, (2) runners who reported their predicted time (in order of time), and (3) runners who did not report their predicted time or who made a mistake with their time.

(3)A wave (staggered) start will be implemented to start the race. The running blocks will be divided into two waves in order of running ability. The first wave will start at 8:30 a.m. and the second wave at 8:40 a.m. (runners will be notified of block and wave assignment at a later date by post in the Participation Guide).
