Kenchomae (Start) – Ichibanchou – Heiwadori – R196 Kamogawa – R196 houjo Bypass – turning point – R196 Houjo Bypass – Honmachi – Nishihoribata – Shiroyama park (finish).
Regulations
JAAF regulations of 2017 and the regulations stipulated by the marathon.

Reception on the day is expected to be crowded and some runners may not be able to start on time. Please finish your reception on the day before if possible.

Cloak
We only accept luggage that fits in the “baggage storage plastick bag” (55cm x 74cm) you will receive upon reception. The host will not take any responsibility for loss/theft of valuables. Please manage your valuables accordingly.
Transportation
There are no parking spaces at Shiroyama park, the main venue of this marathon. The # of parking spaces around the venue is limited. Excluding those who won parking space tickets at the lottery, please use public transportation on the day of the event.

Award
① Overall Men 1st ~ 8th ・ Women 1st ~ 8th   
② By age Top 3 runners 29 or below, in their 30s, 40s, 50s, 60 or higher will be awarded. *If the runner qualifies for both age group and overall awards, the runner who finished next will be recognized excluding those who qualified for the overall award.
Personal information/portrait rights
❶ Personal information on registration forms will be used on the marathon website, program, survey interviews from Nankai Hoso/Ehime Newspaper, shows and programs of various media, news/newspapers, and for operational uses. Furthermore, information related to program items (name, age, prefecture, affiliation) may be used and released in our records, so please agree to these terms when registering.
❷ The posting rights of videos/photos/articles/records to TV/radio/newspapers/Internet are reserved by the host.
Participation Gift
All participants will receive a participation gift.
Application Rules
1.) The runners will start in the order of registration.

2.) The marathon may be cancelled in case of earthquake, wind/water disaster, snow, incident, accident, disease, and other uncontrollable factors. In such cases, the host will make a decision on whether or not to return the fee, how much, and how to notify the runners.

3.) Substitute runner is prohibited.

4.) We may ask for ID such as driver’s license at reception. Please make sure to bring ID.

5.) Please follow instructions given by the host and police officers on the course.

6.) If the referee decides you will make trouble to other runners (wearing costumes, sandals, flags), the object will be confiscated. If you fail to obey instructions of the referee, you will be disqualified.

7.) Please train and get health check-ups before the race on your responsibility.

8.) The host will perform emergent measures upon accidents/illness during the run, but the host will not be liable for any measures taken afterwards. Thank you for your understanding. (Please bring a health insurance card with you.)

9.) The insurance included in the fee is a marathon insurance (coverage [death: JPY1,000,000, hospitalization: (per day): JPY3,000, outpatient: (per day): JPY2,000]).

10.) The race may be suspended to let emergency cars through.

11.) There are no refunds for the fees or entry handling fees. Thank you for your understanding.

● “Predicted time” will be used to decide blocks for starting positions. Please make sure you fill it out. If you do not fill this out, you will be placed in the final block.

● “Participant Gift” is an original. The sizes available are XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL

Releasing the list of participants
The list of runners with confirmed registration will be posted in mid-November on the Ehime marathon website (https://ehimemarathon.jp/).
Privacy/Publication rights
①The personal information provided on the participation application will be published on the convention homepage and program and used for convention management business, including survey coverage aired on Nankai Hoso and in the Ehime Shimbun, as well as media news coverage, numbers, and newspaper space. Also, the information published in the convention program (name, age, prefecture, & department) will be on record and made public; application constitutes agreement with these terms.

②Publication rights of video, photos, articles, or other recording of the convention on TV, radio, or the internet or in newspapers or magazines etc. belong to the media outlet or personnel recording them.
