JTB Sports Station is not intended for use by entrants of Japanese nationality; any applications which are by Japanese nationality will be considered invalid. Please note that any entry fees paid will not be refunded.

Rules
Participants must abide by JAAF guidelines and rules set forth by the event organizer.
Entry requirements
(1) Full Marathon: Participants must be 18 years of age or older on the race day. Please note that participation by high school students is not allowed.
■ General Men/Women
Men and women (including disabled competitors who do not require a wheelchair) who are able to finish the entire distance within 5 hours 45 minutes.
*Athletes invited by the race director are included in this category.

(2) Half Marathon: Participants must be 18 years of age or older on the race day.
■ Elite Men/Women
Men and women (including disabled competitors who do not require a wheelchair) who are able to finish the entire distance within 1 hour 30 minutes.
*Athletes invited by the race director are included in this category.

(3) 10 km: Participants must be 16 years of age or older on the race day.
■ General Men/Women
Men and women who are able to finish the entire distance within 1 hour 30 minutes.
■ Disabled
Men and women who are able to finish the entire distance within 1 hour 30 minutes.

*The Transplant Recipients Division is for people who have received an organ, bone marrow or cornea transplant.

* Due to traffic, safety and race management reasons, participants who fail to cross the start gate within 30 minutes of the start gun being fired will be disqualified.

* The cut-off time for the finish (at the Oiso Prince Hotel) is 3:30 PM, and a bus service will be provided to pick up runners who fail to arrive by this time. (1) Full Marathon
① General runners: Awards will be given to the top 6 male and female runners.
② Age group (by decade): Awards will be given to the top 3 male and female runners in each age group.

(2) Half Marathon
① General runners: Awards will be given to the top 6 male and female runners.
② No awards will be given based on age groups.

(3) 10 km Run
① General runners: Awards will be given to the top 6 male and female runners.
② Visually/mentally impaired runners or transplant recipients: Awards will be given to the top 6 male and female runners.
Personal Information
○ All personal information gathered by the event organizer is used solely for the purpose of the race and may not be used for any other purpose. In using such information, the event organizer will adhere to the law.

○ The event organizer will handle personal information in accordance with their personal information protection policy.

○ The personal information collected from participants will be used to further improve the event by allowing the event organizer to communicate with participants announce results (rankings, etc.) send results to participants and use results in next year's brochure.

Event agreement

1. Please read this event outline carefully before submitting your application.

2. Providing false information (on age, gender, etc.) or participating using another entrant's bib number is prohibited. Failure to abide by these rules will result in you being disqualified and banned from future races.

3. Blatantly false declarations concerning your estimated finish time may result in you being disqualified and banned from future races.

4. Once entry has been confirmed, entrants may not change events or cancel their entry. Runners are not allowed to enter multiple events.

5. If you change address after submitting your application, please contact the event organizer.

6. Entry and transaction fees are not refundable.

7. After applying, you may be required by the event organizer to submit documents confirming your current address.

8. The event organizer reserves the right to cancel the event due to inclement weather, a natural disaster, an accident, a security issue, a disease outbreak, or other circumstances outside the event organizer's control. In such an event, the entry and transaction fees will not be refunded.

9. Runners should be well-trained and in good health to participate in this event. Runners are advised to have a medical check-up before the race.

10. The event is covered under a sports accident insurance policy.

11. The event organizer bears no responsibility for any accidents, such as medical issues, injuries and loss/theft of personal belongings. The treatment provided by the event organizer will be FIRST AID ONLY.

12. The race may be interrupted if medical staff determine that it would otherwise be difficult to provide a runner with medical attention (for illness, injury, etc.). Please follow the instructions of the medical staff.

13. The event site is not accessible by any motor vehicles. Dropping off and picking up runners at the event site is also prohibited. (There will not be any parking spaces available at the event site.)

14. Participants who have become unable to continue running without medical assistance (e.g. an IV drip or wheelchair) will be deemed unfit to continue and retired from the race. The decision as to whether a participant is able to continue or not will be made by a doctor or medical staff at the scene, giving due consideration to the health risks involved. The participant must accept the decision and follow instructions. In some cases, a doctor or medical staff will make sure that the participant understands that he or she will be retired from the race before starting the treatment.

15. Participants understand that the event's footage, photographs, and results may be used for media such as TV programs, newspaper and magazine articles, online content, future event posters/brochures, and the event's official website. Upon submitting the entry form, participants are deemed to have agreed that their image may be used for the above-mentioned media. Participants are also deemed to have agreed not to object to the event organizer using their image in such media.

16. Visually impaired runners in any category may have a guide runner. However, pushing a baby stroller on the course is not allowed. (For more details, please contact the event organizer.)

17. Charity fund-raising will be carried out for the Great East Japan Earthquake.

18. Public excretion, including urination, is prohibited and doing so will result in disqualification. While participating in this event, participants are expected to exhibit good public manners and abide by the rules. Portable toilets will be available during the race, so make sure to use these facilities or public bathrooms. Public excretion is prohibited by penal law. Participants who are found to have broken this rule will be disqualified, removed from the course immediately and banned from future events. Serious offenses may be reported to the law enforcement authorities.

19. Flying a multicopter, drone, or radio-controlled helicopter over the event venue is strictly prohibited.

20. The consumption of alcohol by participants during or prior to the event is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

21. Please note that the Entry Center and the event organizer are unable to give updates regarding the status of your application or answer any other questions over the phone.

22. Participants must follow instructions given by the event organizer, officials, and all other staff. Failing to do so may result in disqualification.
